You're never too young to write a memoir. Sixteen-year-old Justin Bieber's book comes out in October. HarperCollins announced the pop star's memoir on Monday, saying "Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story" will reveal the teen sensation's "amazing journey to stardom."
